New Client Information
We want to make sure you receive the services you desire. So we have implemented some policies for our new/prospective clients.
All new/prospective clients must schedule an initial consultation. This can be done over the phone but must be completed before your first visit. This can be booked through our booking system (it's listed under Add-On Services) or by emailing Bekah or Steph with a consultation request.
All new clients MUST book their first appointment through our system using a credit card to hold your appointment. If you are not willing to utilize this system, then you MUST pay for your appointment in advance.
IF we decide our services are not right for you or your needs don't align with what we offer, we will do our best to refer you to someone that can assist you.
