Paintball and tubing are also optional for Saturday afternoon.

Pertinent Information:

  • Hosted by 5 Rivers Adventures: 3144 Dorsey Road, Cosby TN

  • Cost for the weekend is $275.

  • We are offering a Friday only option for $110. This includes two meals and two classes. Friday activities are available to day trippers (tubing/massage are extra $$).

  • You are responsible for bringing your camping equipment. We will be available to help set up and break down on Thursday night and Saturday morning. You are welcome to sleep in your car if that’s an option for you. Extra hammocks available for lounging and will be first come/first served.

  • There are flush toilets available.  Shower hours will be offered on Friday morning from 8:30-9:30 am and Friday evening from 7:30-9pm for weekend campers.

  • There will be some coolers available to store some food and beverages; however bringing your own to keep with your tent is preferred. Ice is available in town at the BP.

  • Thursday night dinner will be catered by a local restaurant (Bean Trees Cafe). There will be vegetarian options available. You will be able to choose your meal in advance.

  • Breakfast options will be cold options (except for things that only require hot water like oatmeal/cream of wheat) like fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and granola. There will be coffee and tea but it will be basic (no lattes or the like - you can hit up the Bean Sprout in town for specialty coffee options)

  • There will be snacks available for you to have throughout the day (fruit/granola bars, salty snacks/trail mix, fruit, water and juice packs).

  • Friday dinner will be a grill/cook out. There will be veggie and meat options available along with multiple sides and S’mores for dessert :)

  • Tubing and rafting are offered through 5 Rivers Adventures. These must be reserved and paid for in advance (cash only on site or prepay with your reservation) as part of your weekend so they know how many guides will be required for each excursion. Family members are welcome to come raft on Saturday on the Upper Section. These additions are subject to the policies and regulations of 5 Rivers Adventures and we are not responsible for the logistics and operations of these events.

  • Chair massages will be offered on Friday and require advanced reservations. We will have a sign up sheet available pre-event and on Thursday night with any available slots. You may book up to 30 min total ($20/15 min; $45/30 min - cash only payable to the therapist on site)

  • You are welcome to BYOB. The BP sells beer and there is a local moonshine distillery just down the road (moonshine slushies anyone?).  Please be responsible if you partake.

  • This is a health and wellness weekend and we will strive to make food offerings nourishing and healthy as possible. If you have any dietary restrictions, please come prepared. We will be offering veggie courses but we will not be observing or catering to any strict dietary preferences or needs. If you need to cater your own meals, let us know and we can work with you on cost reduction for meal offerings.

  • Afternoon thunderstorms do occur but will not be the basis for any cancellations. There are some covered areas to hang out in until they pass.
